Platform overview
What each part of it does.
RouletteWatch reads the in and out signals your terminals already produce and turns them into profit, hold and margin. Here is every capability that ships today, and what it covers.
Capabilities
One place for the whole floor
Live machine status
ProNodes report each in/out pulse as it happens, so the dashboard shows whether a machine is running now rather than how it did yesterday.
- Live pulse stream per machine
- Online state and last contact
- Machines that stop reporting show as offline
- Quiet machines surfaced on your home screen
Analytics suite
ProFive views over the same events — overview, patterns, machines, cash and integrity — so profit, hold and margin agree with each other and with your finance screen.
- Profit, intake and payout over time
- Per-hub and per-machine breakdowns
- Peak hours and day-by-hour heatmap
- Hold percentage with control bands
Hubs for each venue
A hub is one physical location. Every machine at that site belongs to its hub, which is how per-venue profit, permissions and comparisons all work.
- Create a hub per venue
- Assign and reassign machines
- Hub-level totals and comparisons
- One view across every site
Node management
Nodes are the machines registered in your system. Claim one, name it, and change its settings from the dashboard instead of a site visit.
- Claim and nickname machines
- Move a node between hubs
- Power saving, unsent-count recovery, input polarity
- Each change versioned and acknowledged by the node
Cash and reconciliation
Log intakes by note denomination, record payouts, and mark each one settled once the cash is counted. Every edit keeps the address of whoever made it.
- Intake logging by denomination
- Payout records per machine
- Settled against outstanding
- Full edit history
Access control
Invite someone by email and choose, per hub, exactly what they can reach. Staff see their venue; they do not see your books.
- Permissions granted per hub
- View data, payouts or intakes separately
- View and edit split individually
- Revoke at any time
Your data, and getting it out
Export what you need as CSV, and delete what you do not. Both live in the app rather than in a support queue.
- CSV export by machine, range and column
- Profit report and daily summary
- Delete one machine's history or your whole account
- Encrypted in transit and at rest
Straight answers
What it does not do yet
Two things operators ask for that are worth being plain about, because a claim that fails on first contact costs more than the feature would have won.
- It will not message you when a machine drops.
- There are no email, push or SMS alerts today. Machines that stop reporting show as offline throughout the dashboard and get surfaced on your home screen, so you catch them when you next look. Alerting is something we want to add, and we would rather say that than imply it already works.
- It does not change how a machine plays or pays.
- A node wires to the existing meter output lines and reads them. It does not sit in the game logic. If you unplug it, the machine behaves exactly as it did before.
Start with one machine and see what it tells you.
Nodes come with Pro, and the dashboard starts filling as soon as the first one reports.
